Stated conclaves are held on the first Tuesday in January, April, June, and October.

A by-law amendment to this effect will be posted to the fratres presently. In the interim, dispensation has been requested to adopt this schedule, pending the passage and approval of the by-law amendment.

Special convocations and additional events are held at the call of the Eminent Commander. None is currently scheduled, save for our annual inspection on Saturday, 18 January 2014.

Our annual inspections are held in conjunction with those of St. Bernard Commandery No. 35. Ours are "books-only" inspections.

Be advised that St. Bernard Commandery has announced that their 2014 inspection (and thus ours) will be "books-only". No orders nor floor work will be performed at our 2014 inspection; no luncheon will be held, and no programme will be provided for the ladies. Although the books are available for review by all Sir Knights of our commandery, no guests nor general membership are required to attend the 2014 inspection. The commander, treasurer, and recorder will simply present our records to the inspecting officer. This decision was made in response to the 2013 First Division inspection process.
